Please include the following information in your email to allow us to help you better and faster. Include:

  1. Your NodeBuilder email address
  2. If your question is about a VPS then your VPS IP
  3. If your question is about a masternode, then include your masternode IP and port number.
  4. If your question is about a masternode, then also include your masternode address
  5. Include as many screenshots as possible for us to understand what you are seeing on your end.

 

For your safety, our support team will NEVER use TeamViewer to remotely access your computer. Do not give permission to ANYONE offering support by accessing your computer. This is likely a scammer who will steal your funds.
